im not saying they suck at making their products. they just sucked at knowing when to release it. they released it knowing that the storage space of the most expensive touch was half of the cheapest 5th gen. i think they should have waiting till they found a way to make it atleast 30 gigs. we all know a 30 gig or higher will come out in a few months, anyway.

True, but by the time they got the prices low enough to allow for a 32 gig model, the holiday season would most likely be over. So in a sense, Apple is kind of whoring it out, but it's a completely understandable sluttiness.
