you could use the shuffle to boot linux from inside windows using damn small linux or similar OSes. however, when i said i was going to install linux, i was making fun of people who actually do install linux on their ipods.

on itunes 7.0 is there any way to remove that section on the bottom? it has like little ads about the bands your listening to. and links to itunes store and shit. it wasnt on my old itunes and i have to clue how to get rid of it.
