Lately I've been obsessed with Owen, Mike Kinsella's of American Football side project. Both CD's I have of his, I Do Perceive and Owen, are absolutely incredible. If you haven't heard any of his material I highly reccomend trying it out. It is a nice change from "hardcore" or anything real heavy, good stuff to fall asleep to.

The Kinsellas are known for their awesome bands. I would like to hear some Owen though, I've never gotten ahold of any of those albums.

My all-time fave though has to be Cap'n Jazz, their first project.

I've said it many times and I'm sure I will say it many more times, Mike Kinsella is absolutely amazing.

If you haven't check out No Good For No One Now, it is a really solid release.
