You need:

Copious amounts of match books.

1. Cut off the heads of the matches.

2. Put them in the corner of a plastic bag (1000 is a good starting amount)

3. Wrap the thing tight in duct tape.

4. Ghetto rig a fuse

5. Light and run off.
