there's two new songs up on their purevolume page, plus new album this year and their debut on evr.
http://purevolume.com/modernlifeiswarthe new songs are pretty good, sort of different. but it gets me pumped for the new album.
edit: i spelled their name wrong in the title, can a mod fix it?

but not as solid as that snorlax

modern life is war is one of the most refreshing live bands in hardcore right now. That said, comeback kid and this is hell is doing this ten times better than they are right now.

im from a land called North Carolina, home of the fucking metal. Bands such as btbam are far more interesting than music like this, is all. I feel like I have to force myself to listen to a hardcore song the full way through if it isnt comeback kid.

To be honest with you mike, you're right. In my opinion, theres only a handful of bands that are really worth note since probably the late 90's when bands like american nightmare, strongarm, and the suicide file were around. Hence why I've always been more into metal.
p.s. there used to be a shirt that said "american nightmare: single handedly ruining hardcore".
