i Have a good 2005 Dell, a good Digi Camera with Video features
and have access to Windows Movie Maker, but I want something
better...

Anyone have any suggestions on Software that's good for
making titles, effects, and editing for video...with the ability to burn
to DVD?

My Situation:

I have a CD/DVD drive, but no software to burn to DVD

I Want to be able to rip from DVD-R's i've recorded

I saw the Adobe Photoshop Elements/Adobe Premiere bundle for
$100 bucks, but i'm not sure if it's what I need...I'm just looking for
something simple but with more features
