This post is probably not going to be helpful for the 23rd:
The only punk rock booking dude that matters in Philadelphia, Sean Agnew, and his "company"
R5 Productions are probably a good starting place. If Sean likes your band, you can probably get some shows in this city.
I think there is a guy named
Ben at the Millcreek Tavern that might be able to help you out. He books A LOT of bands. Email him as soon as possible for a show so soon.
There are tons of house venues (Danger! Danger!, Veggieplex, Buckinghammer, Plan B House) but most of them aren't active during the summer. The punk rock frat
PILAM and
SPAZZ House might be putting on shows this summer. If you play PILAM they will party with you and give you a spot to crash as well.
Alas, all of my people have stopped booking hardcore because of increasingly young and dumb crowds. They've moved on to that nu-punk, electro-noise, spankotronix bong-bong boogaloo that the (21+) hipster kids eat up these days. Also, 16 year olds do not buy cocaine or whiskey. How are DIY promoters supposed to get paid? (Jokes.)
Good luck.
