I was pretty surprised to see that these guys didn't have a thread already, or at least one that I could find.They have four great albums out now, and they seem to get better with every release. The Stage Names might be my favourite album of this year so far and Black Sheep Boy is one of my favourites of the past five years.

every band doesn't need it's own thread. after 3 days of some kind of appreciation, the thread will just fall to the dregs of the board.

that being said, i really enjoy this band.

EDIT: yes these dudes deserve their own thread, its not like they are some lame-ass screamo post sludgecore metal mcdeath band that will breakup after 1 album and never be missed.

i love this band and the concept of the new album...but the singer gets really annoying at times...otherwise they're awesome!

I'm not saying they don't deserve there own thread or certain bands don't, but it's getting pretty redundant.

EDIT: and to stay on topic, i may see them in a month or so.

I also enjoy me some Shearwater, Will Sheff is awesome.
