Maybe a branch off the series story. But actually put Diablo in the title? How many times can they kill off the same guy? I could be a total dork, and recap the story.....

In Diablo 1, you fight your way to Diablo. Kill him. Then take the "soul stone", which imprisoned his soul, and cram it into your forehead. The idea being you can keep his soul confined.

In Diablo 2, he takes over the body of the guy who killed him. So... you fight your way to Diablo. Kill him. And destroy the stone rather than cram it into your head. Supposedly killing his soul. You also kill his brothers in similar fashion. Now that the "prime evils" are gone, what's driving the story? And the 3rd installment can't be called Diablo, if he's dead and gone. If they bring him back, it'll be some cheesy story twist they use in movies like Friday the 13th. And generally, Blizzard is pretty good about it's story lines.

There's only one way I can see him making a comeback.

The World Stone was keeping the world of hell and the world of... earth? (what the fuck do they call it in the game?) separated. But it was destroyed at the end of the game. So if it was infact the barrier, then I could see him coming back. Assuming that his soul wasn't actually destroyed, but just banished back to hell.

Went to go buy the new Splinter Cell today but I guess it comes out tommorow for the West Coast or some shit. Plus Xbox Live is down so right now I'm bored.

Found out that Zellers was taking Wii preorders, so I hopped on over there and got in on that action. They made me preorder Rayman and Excitetruck, so in total it cost me about 450 dollars Canadian. I didnt really want Excite Truck but the guy said I had to get it if I wanted a preorder. Now come launch day all I need to do is buy Zelda and I'm set till christmas.

iunno i have the game but i tend to not even use the lead blocker thing... but from what ive seen it seems pretty easy..

me too, but as i was reading earlier i found that the articles claiming a price drop for this fall were refuted a couple days later from an official at microsoft denying it.

Check out the game called "Skate." Seems cool because all you have to do is skate and have fun in it, and it seems really realistic too. And I don't see how they could drop the price of 360's much unless they switch out some parts because they already lose money on each one sold.

Soon marks the 1 year aniversery of the xbox 360. With the PS3 and awesome looking Wii coming out, why wouldn't they? They never make money off the machines themselves, only off the games and liscensing.

If they do that, how will that affect the games display? Will the graphics not be as good as the first gen x360's? Or are they just cheaper to put it, but will put out the same display?

I bet they are just cheaper because of new technology coming out. I doubt they would make them not as good as before just to have a price drop.
