I dunno - even if people don't particularly care for what Kanye does, I think he at least deserves credit for attempting something different with each of his albums. He certainly ain't making the obvious moves. Kanye is a fucking terrible rapper, and while people will get tired of him talking about himself, this is hip-hop after all - plenty of emcees have never been what you'd call shy about talking themselves up down the years, so Kanye's "mememe" approach ain't all that unusual within the broader scheme of things.

Surprising how Timbaland used his own Korg drums on "Stronger" and that shit still sucked.

i'm about halfway through graduation and it's pretty good. "i wonder" is pretty weak and i'm not big on the track with t-pain either. other than that the album is solid so far.
