Don't get me wrong, I love Southpark. I even love the new season, But it's kind of lacking. I guess it won't be the same as when it first started out.

My opinion is the exact opposite, the stuff at the start was hilarious, but it keeps getting better and better. The past few seasons are so good.

i think new family is kicking the crap out of new south park. i love them both, but for some reason, new south park is just not doing it for me...

they need to involve more butters, jimmy type episodes.

New Family Guy sucks. It was more funny where they didn't do a cut scene every 5 minutes. Especially when the cut scenes were funny.

New Family Guy does suck, South Park has always been better that Family Guy.

i do think the seasons before family guy was cancelled were better than south park, but i agree the new seasons have really overdone the cutaway scenes.
south park has almost been good though, it's close competition.

A cutscene every 5 minutes in a roughly 22 minute show wouldn't equate to much.

This latest season of south park has been crap. Other than "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" and "D-Yikes!", the rest of the season has been crap. They need to pick it up.

To me family guy has only had one bad season, which was the one where the old creepy guy sung that song and some of the cutaway scenes went for minutes on end with something annoying. Other than that it's been great. Especially the one with the kids fucking eachother in the ear.

hell yeah - the easter special being a parody of the davinci code and the lesbo one being a parody of 300..sooooo good.

This season has been consistently enjoyable, in my opinion. I've loved every episode so far.

Even if they did used to do cut scenes, they used to be funnier. Now they're long, annoying, and completely irrelevant to the episode. Especially the ones Peter does. Also, I don't like how Stewie went from being evil and constantly trying to kill Lois to being blatantly homosexual all the time and really annoying in everything he does. And they overuse things that were funny the first time they used them, over and over and over, until it's not funny anymore, like Ollie the black weather guy (he was funny the first time. "Is gone rain!" Until they've used him 4+ times saying ridiculously stupid things) And the creepy old guy down the street too. It's been going downhill for a while. I hate the new episodes.

South Park is funny, intelligent, and well done. Family Guy couldn't hold South Park's jock.

Meh, I'm personally sick of the South Park vs. Family Guy debate but I will admit that ever since that South Park had that episode about FG, I haven't watched one of its episodes the same ever again.

Regardless, both wil make me laugh and both are still cartoons and that's that. If you're too snobbish to recognize a good cartoon when you see one, then you're just communist.
