ComingSoon.net: It sounds like you might work with director D.J. Caruso for a third time on "Y: The Last Man"?
Shia LaBeouf: Yeah, we've been talking about it. "Y: The Last Man" is cool. I don't know when I would do that though or how I would fit it in. It would be kind of ridiculous to keep doing the same deal over and over. "Y: The Last Man" is kind of similar to some things.We're both huge fans of that comic book.

I think a movie would ruin that comic book unless it was rated R. I don't see Shia as Yorick at all, but he's a good actor so whatever. I think Justin Long looks and acts more like Yorick anyways.

see i like shia because yorick is such a funny character and shia has a pretty good background in comedy training. justin long... maybe. i feel like he's too short? yorick always seems like he's about 6' tall.

i think they could pull off a good movie if they did a two parter or trilogy... and there really is a lot of extraneous stuff i wouldn't mind if they cut out.

Yeah, it would definitely have to be multiple movies and I think the Amazons would push it to R or if they made it PG13 they would ruin the movie.

It's pretty amazing how Apatow still hasn't made a mediocre movie yet, and how it doesn't look like he will what with this movie and the Pineapple Express both looking pretty funny.

I mean sure, there have been detractors for plenty of his movies, but in terms of entertainment they really do kick ass.
