So to kick this off, who else has seen the new X-Men: The Last Stand trailer? As I said in the Random Thread, I think it looks fucking awesome. I think that this movie will easily top the first two.

I can't wait for V for Vendetta, although I have a strong feeling it may completely suck.

I disagree. I didn't know anything about the series up until I saw the trailer for the movie, but it definitely looks like its worth watching.

I heard somewhere that the creater of the series read the script and said it was stupid and wanted nothing to do with the movie. that's why I'm worried.

I'd say no.

I wouldn't think that he'd sell the rights to the movie until after he approved of a script. I guess it's possible, but I doubt it. With or without his graces, I still think it's worth watching.

Sentinels have all but been officially confirmed for X-Men: The Last Stand. Ratner's mentioned them in a few interviews I've read, and it would definitely seem that we're going to get to see them in this one. Things that have been confirmed include The Danger Room and The Fastball Special.

I'm excited about Ghost Rider.

it looks like it's either gonna be freakin' sweet or totally lame.

Based on the teaser I saw, anyway. I honestly don't know if Ghost Rider even has the potential to translate well onto screen. It seems to me that the recent trend of superhero movies has leaned towards more plausible scenarios; making the stories seem like they could actually happen. I think Ghost Rider would've had a better shot during the Burton Batman era.

I heard P-head isn't going to be in it for a long time.

Venom will be sweet, but carnage would be so much sweeter.
