I play guitar and my main influences are Saosin, Norma Jean and Every Time I Die.

ad ETID - the guitar intro to Godspeed Us To Sea is so fun to play.

Guitar, bass, some keys, cello, larynx. It's good to know how to work more than one instruments. Gives your music some new texture without adding new members.

Main influences lately are Saetia, ATDI, Mars Volta, As I Lay Dying (strictly guitar work. the music itself is kind of repititive. Not highly recommended), and Cream. Fuck, I love Clapton.

Bass (jazz, rock). Trombone (marching/concert band).

Taking guitar class, so far I'm the best student... we'll see how long that lasts. I know a fair amount of music theory, so if my fingers could move fast enough I could play piano. I've written a song for it.

Next year I'm playing clarinet, and then the year after, alto saxophone. I plan to pick up the upright bass later this year and hopefully go for allstate next year.
