This is pretty damn tough, I'm caught in between Ok Computer and Kid A...but seriously, every album they have is excellent.
edit: I picked Kid A because it evokes the most emotion and memories out of me.

If it is was the best album I would say ok computer, but my personal favorite is hail to the thief. Just the diversity is amazing. Also, I listen to radiohead when I am in a certain mood and hail to the thief makes me feel the most relaxed and content.
